1. How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website, call us, or message us directly. Each booking requires a valid contact number and email.
2. How do I cancel my appointment?
Cancellations can’t be made online and must be done via call or text at 07775 952376.

3. Can I reschedule my appointment?

4. Can I drop my dog off early?
I kindly ask that you arrive on time, not early. I may still be finishing off a groom and it would unsettle that dog.
5. How do I know when to collect my dog?
I will give you an approximate collection time when you drop your dog off, but please wait for a call or text from myself to say your dog is ready for collection. I always try to give you at least 20 minutes notice.
6. My dog has a few knots—will that be a problem?
If your dog has minor matting, we can work on it. However, if your dog has excessive matting, we are required by the Animal Welfare Act 2006 to clip the coat short or refer you to a vet. Severe matting will incur an extra £15+ fee to cover extra equipment wear.
7. What if my dog is nervous or stressed?
We provide a calm and caring one-on-one environment. However, if your dog finds any part of the grooming process too stressful, we will not proceed with that step. If we are unable to complete the groom, a partial refund may be applied.
8. Can I stay with my dog during the grooming session?
Unfortunately, no. Dogs often behave differently when their owners are present, which can make grooming more challenging. Rest assured, we provide a gentle, stress-free experience for every dog.
9. Do you groom all dog breeds?
We groom most breeds, but we reserve the right to refuse grooming for dogs that display aggressive behaviour. If you’re unsure, please contact us before booking.
10. Do you take photos of the dogs?
Yes! We may take photos and videos during the grooming session to share on our social media. By booking with us, you agree to this. If you’d prefer your dog’s photo not to be shared, please let us know.
11. Is my dog insured during their appointment?
We hold appropriate insurance, but it is not exhaustive. We recommend ensuring your dog is adequately insured for peace of mind.
